Any change in products or order cancellation will only be accepted which in the next 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the cancellation fee of 10% on the final product price will be reduced from the paid transaction and further difference with the amount will be refunded if required. Cancellation for gold coins, gold bars, customized jewelry, gold frames, loose solitaires, gift cards will not be considered valid and will be rejected no matter what the circumstances are. In case of any EMI order or foreclosure/default, the customer will be charged with the 10% of the placed order value in the form of transaction fees and similarly the balance amount will be reduced from the transaction fees will be refunded whenever confirmed.
British Jewel at its sole discretion also requests the customers to fulfill the value of transactions in advance before placing the order for further convenience. The balance payment for the placed order will be paid by the customer at delivery time for the selected products. Any hurdle paying the balance amount at the time of delivery of the product will be treated as the cancellation of the order and it will not be considered under any circumstances.
British Jewel at its sole discretion also reserves the rights and authority to cancel your placed order at any time and at any place. Under some situations, we may even refuse to accept your order or cancel it without prior notice. Some of the limitations include-
- Certain limit on the quantity available for purchase
- Any error in the price information
- Inaccuracy in the product details
Before accepting any order for making the confirmation our platform might require verification or other identification information of the customer. If none of them are provided on time we reserve the right to cancel the order.
